All membership applications received are vetted by the Membership Committee. Herewith the guidelines:

The Applicant;

• must have adequate knowledge of the Business Environment, ensuring ongoing self-development within the industry;
• must be in good standing;
• must be ethical in all business dealings;
• must be registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate;
• must have completed relevant training and be appropriately qualified.
